All items are sold "as is", please ask any QUESTIONS before placing a bid.  We do our best to describe items as carefully and accurately as possible.

No net negative feedback buyers are permitted to bid on our auctions.  Zero feedback bidders must EMAIL US before placing a bid on an item >$50.  We reserve the right to cancel any bid.

Winning bidder must EMAIL US at info@estatesaleconnection.com within 48 hours of auction close with complete name, shipping information and payment method.  If you fail to contact us, we will be forced to re-list the item and leave negative feedback.

Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.  No exceptions!

We accept Visa/MasterCard, Money Order, Cashiers Check & Personal Check (10+ positive, no negative feedback).  ALL PAYPAL / C2IT / BILLPOINT online credit card payments are made to info@estatesaleconnection.com.  All money order and check payments must be made payable to William Farrell and sent to Estate Sale Connection/2353 N Field St #711/Dallas, TX 75201.

Local buyers can email info@estatesaleconnection.com to arrange pick up and payment.

A full refund will be given under special circumstances or if an item has been materially misrepresented.  We are not responsible for items after shipment.
