The vast majority of our clients are executors of
estates (often family members). However, our sales are
also held to liquidate the assets of individuals moving, preparing for retirement
or as part of a divorce settlement. We also accept consignment business
under select circumstances. To

After an initial meeting, we employ
our vast resources to identify, sort, organize, research, price, advertise, sell
and ship the contents of your estate. The process is
completely customizable and allows for greater client input and

We find buyers for virtually any item -
including antique/ contemporary furniture, collectibles, jewelry, memorabilia,
appliances, books, clothing and even junk. We've seen it all! You

Absolutely. Estate Sale Connection understands that each sale is
unique. Our staff will work with you to determine the appropriate
length, focus and strategy for your specific situation.
Our business model leverages
established buyer relationships, targeted selling strategies and new
technologies to broaden the marketplace for your estate. As a result of
increased demand, we are able to guarantee a higher return for our clients
relative to other estate sale companies.
Our earnings are typically a percentage of the total
receipts and thus based on the overall success of the sale. The
percentage usually depends on both the value of the estate and number of
items to be sold. We cannot guarantee higher returns but typically
see gross returns 200% higher than traditional estate sellers.
All potential sales are evaluated
on a case by case basis and largely dependent on our valuation for the estate
contents. After reviewing your situation, we will set up a free consultation
at the estate. If we are unable to assist you with a sale, we will likely be

If you attend our traditional
ONSITE SALE, payment can be
made in person by cash or check.
If you attend our
ONLINE SALE,
you can make
payment by online credit card, money order/cashier's check, personal check or
cash (pick up items only). All payments made via traditional mail should
be made payable to William Farrell and sent to this address: Estate Sale
Connection/2353 N. Field Street #711/Dallas, TX 75201.
We ask all of our online customers
to checkout after making a purchase. This helps to expedite the shipping
process. Simply follow our step by step
